You cannot have more than one Carrot account on your device. If Carrot determines that you have more than one Carrot account on your device, the accounts will be deactivated and you will not receive any points earned towards that account.

You may have completed all of the offers that are currently available. New offers will typically be released every few days. While you wait, invite your friends to earn even more

If you’ve enabled push notifications, you’ll receive a notification on your phone to let you know that a new offer is available. You will also see a notification on the app icon when a new offer is available.

Carrot Rewards is currently available to users in Ontario, British Columbia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. We are working with the Canadian federal and provincial governments to make Carrot available across the country. If Carrot is not available in your province yet, it means that we have not come to an agreement with your provincial government. Feel free to contact your local MLA in order to speed up this process. Carrot is compatible with iPhone running iOS 9 or higher, and with most Android phones running Jellybean 4.3 or higher.

Carrot is compatible with some Blackberry devices that run Android Jellybean 4.3 or higher.

Carrot is compatible with iPads and most Android tablets that run Jellybean 4.3 or higher. However, if you are using Carrot Rewards on a tablet, you will not be able to use the Steps feature in Carrot unless you track your steps with a Fitbit. You will still however be able to earn points by completing offers.

Carrot is not compatible with HTC M8 devices and Windows phones.
